Bank’s sanction the subject of mortgage.
This question refers to those who is tend to buy the flat in credit for himself and his family.
The procedure of penalty is unpleasant not only for borrower but also for bank. Moreover, bank is not interested in a flat, it needs money. That is why some financing institutions prefer to wait for some months, if borrower has temporary financing problems.
