From the other side, according to the Law “About social protection of homeless citizens and homeless children” for making some deals which refers to the property, on which children have right of property, it is need the preliminary agreement of guardianship agency.

Mortgage credit is long lasting. Usually it is given not less than 10 years and for this time could happen a lot.

Presents of a child it is safe way of protection from dispossession. But it will work only in that case if it will be proved that rights of the children will be infringed.
