About visa, permanent resident card and citizenship
It is not a secret that many buy property in Greece in a hope to get a permanent resident card. And of coarse, Russian as foreigners are interested in question could be such situation that one day the owner of the property will not get a visa? Will be owner allow to the country in any case?Unfortunately, in Greece as in many others countries there are no connection between getting a visa and buying property. But possessing a property is a plus in a case of receiving permanent resident card in any country of Euro Union.
To be an owner of property in Greece is not enough for receiving permanent resident card. However, it is a must. Now was passed a law in Europe that each owner of a property has a right to get a permanent resident card in any country of Euro Union.
