In estimation practice under property estimation is used to understand following services: estimation of buildings and accommodations, flat estimation, independent construction estimation.
Defining the market price of property is one of the popular kinds of estimation and includes the determination of cost of right of the property or other rights, for example, right of rent, right of use and etc. regarding to different objects of property. Property estimation is making for the following objects as industrial, social and cultural buildings, industrial complexes, residential houses, flats, rooms and other residential accommodations; offices, storehouses and industrial accommodations; plots, old planting – gardens, parks, plots in green community, constructions – roads, bridges, driveways, reservoir, fencing and etc. objects of independent construction including objects with stopped construction, preserved objects and objects with terminated construction.

- Estimation of cars and equipment.
“Estimation of cars and equipment” means the determination of cost of almost all spectrums of objects of movable property is estimate expertise of machine, instruments, cars, technological complexes and flow line, power plants, office equipment, furniture, household appliances and other objects which refer to movable property. As a rule, determination of market price of cars and equipment is making for fee in authorized capital stock of enterprise, for forming pledge, overestimation of the main means of the enterprise or for making purchase and selling deals.

- Estimation of road vehicles.
Estimation of road vehicles is made for making conclusion about market price of vehicle. Under road vehicles are objects for transportation of passengers and goods, including containers and other vehicles.

- Estimation of airplanes.
Service of determination of aviation technology cost means making estimation of airplanes (airplane, helicopter) and other ad also estimation of their separate components, for example, engine.

- Estimation of valuable security is conducting while purchase and selling deals, entering valuable security in authorized fund of enterprise, forming pledge for receiving the credit and also for determination of current market cost of the company and its actives.

- Estimation of property rights is conducting for solving following problems: pledge while receiving the credit in bank, purposes of accounting (deactivation, realization, bring on charge), leasing and etc.

- Estimation of rights on object of intellectual property.
At the present time intellectual property (IP) is one of the most important actives of enterprise. It is very often when cost of intellectual property of the company exceeds the cost of all its material actives and is the main resource of the company in its marketing strategy. It is fair for enterprises, which has stable reputation on the market, possessing the famous trade marks or working on the market knowledge-intensive production.
