Not finish buildings decrease price of the land
Not finishing buildings on lots could decrease the price of acre. However, before such projects did not cause many problems. The case is that according to the new legislation not finishing construction could not be rent legally.Not finishing constructions are common for country cooperatives – it is here a lot of lot is with dig foundations and ground floors.
