For today accommodation in new building works could be divided into three types – economic, business and high-class. Price for accommodation depends on class (characteristics of the house). Classification is oriented on the customer to value the flat by correlation price-quality. Main rotaries attribution objects-new building to one or another category of class is:

1. Location. Close or far away from the center, peculiarities of the district, transport availability, view, perspectives of town building of the district and etc.

2. Architecture-planning solution. Quantity of porches, quantity of apartments in the house, opportunity by choosing planning from the amount which is offering or individual order, square and characteristics of separate accommodations of the flat, quantity of recessed balcony and balconies, location of the apartment in section – angle or inside.

3. Quality of construction. Constructive peculiarities of residential house. Technologies of construction – foundation, materials of facing, walls, opportunity of free planning, variant of shell & core fit-out or fine finish.
