Correct estimation and preparation the object for sale, effective marketing and promoting the object, hundreds of negotiations and showings, specification of party’s wishes, agreement of deal’s conditions and conducting the auction – all of these require the professional knowledge, special skills, spending a lot of time and nerves.

The main motives of property buyer are to improve his living conditions (or enlarge his business) and provide the effective investment of his fund.
