According to the forecasts of experts, this situation will continue minimum to the middle of 2009.According to the data of the company “Prostobank Consulting” none of the 50 leaders on the credit market do not offer mortgage credits, credit for car could be received only in one financing enterprise – in Index-Bank. The potential borrower could have only loan with average rate 55% annual, in terms of two years, in national currency, the maximal credit – 30000 hrivnas. It is offered by four banks: Index-Bank, Nadra, Svedbank and Credobank.

Decreasing prices for property in Shanghai was 19,5%
Construction market in case of its failure could slow down the development of Asian countries and has negative influence in general for world economic.Prices for property in three centers of China – Shanghai, Shengene and Guangou – are falling. In the third quarter of the current year the decreasing of prices in Shanghai was 19,5%. Such tendencies are on the city Shengene and Guangou.
In general in the country the bulks of construction of residential and commercial property decreased on October on 16,5%. For the same period 2007 was the growth on 32,5%.

Rates of apartments’ rent in Kiev for November fell on 25%
For the beginning of December on the rent market of Kiev was taken just 5% from the general number of apartments and transactions are made by price, almost in two times less than on September.For today the minimal price which is made by real estate agencies in advertisements of rent, fell till 300 dollars per month. In Korea appear “hill” town
In 21,7 miles to the south of Korea capital Seoul was decided to built new town Gwanggyo for 77 citizens, the center will consists of towers in a form of huge green hills. The author of the project is Holland architect company MVRDV, which won in competition, which was made by local corporation and Daewoo.In “hill” downtown will be 2000000 sq. ft. accommodations, the same number of combined type (offices, trade and etc.) and for parking.

30% of Odessa’s’ agencies closed
Economic crisis brought to close the third of the real estate agencies of Odessa, which took second place after Kiev, by the bulk of sales on the property market.According to the words of president Association of realtors of Odessa and Odessa region, Igor Efremov, there were about 200 agencies, where 30% stopped working. Decreased the number of departments. The number of transactions of purchase and sales decreased on 70%.
