The predictions of experts: credits come back in summer 2009

Credits to private clients in Ukraine for the sum more than 30000 hrivnas almost disappear. According to the forecasts of experts, this situation will continue minimum to the middle of 2009.

According to the data of the company “Prostobank Consulting” none of the 50 leaders on the credit market do not offer mortgage credits, credit for car could be received only in one financing enterprise – in Index-Bank. The potential borrower could have only loan with average rate 55% annual, in terms of two years, in national currency, the maximal credit – 30000 hrivnas. It is offered by four banks: Index-Bank, Nadra, Svedbank and Credobank.

So, Ukrainians who took credit should wait as positive as negative changes with decree NBU №413. If for this time crediting was limited by decree №319, condition liquidity of bank system and changes of economic situation, the new decree obliged banks pay attention for abruption of urgency of attractive and placed passives and actives. There are positive sides, as National bank is recommended to stimulate pre-term payment of credits (possible refuse of banks from penalties for pre-term payment), also prolongation of credits is allowed.
