- 30% prices of apartment (including VAT) – for 15 days till signing the notary contract and giving keys.

3. Investment scheme:

DISCOUNT – 5% from the price
- 90% prices of apartment (including VAT) while signing primary contract, which is made in 15 days after registration;
- 10% prices of apartment (including VAT) – for 15 days till signing the notary contract and giving keys.
