Tokyo is the best city for investments in Asia

Tokyo was named the best Asian city for property purchase. According to research of organization Urban Land Institute (ULI) and agency Pricewaterhouse Coopers it is connected with small financing risks.

Among 20 cities which were in research, the capital of Japan has better perspectives on 2009 and less risks. Second place goes to Singapore, on the third place is Hong Kong. Hoshimin (Vietnam) is the best market of office and trade property and also living property in the flat segment.

Specialists think that for investor important not only price for property but also factor of the quality. That is why, in spite the fact that Tokyo recedes from a position as to 2007, it looks the most perspective in comparison with other world financing centers.
