Sales of property in Moscow fell in 10 times

In comparison with summer 2008 the bulk of realized property in Moscow decreased in 10 times.

According to the research of analytic center “Income-Property”, during the November big construction companies could sell by 5 apartments in Moscow region. In the summer of the current year, the average level of sales was 50 apartments per month. On September sales decreased approximately in two times. Analytics were based upon the data of transactions of biggest parts of market where was 70% of property in the region.

Support the minimal level of sales developers could only with help of actions organization and entering special offers. For the moment apartment could be bought with discount 15-30%.
