Developers agreed to limit profitability in a period of crunch

Ministry of region development and construction of Ukraine Vasiliy Kuibida informed that constructive companies in a period of financing crunch agreed to limit its profitability to 15%.

“There was a proposal to limit the profitability from peroration of plots to construction. Developers are agreed that their profitability should be limit to 15% for the crunch period”, - he said.

Minister admitted that there will be a project of separate resolution which will be looked through by Cabinet of ministry in a nearest future.

According to Kuybida’s words, for profitability limit till 15% were also agreed producers of construction materials.
