In London was open the biggest shopping mall in Europe

In London was open gigantic shopping mall Westfield. It is in a region Sheppard-bush on the west of London. Construction took several years and cost 1,6 billion pounds (about 2,56 million dollars). It is on the square 15 million sq. ft. and is one of the biggest in Europe.

On the territory Westfield will be 270 shops, 45 restaurants and café. Here will be not only brands for middle class people but also expensive shops which never been in such kind of complexes.

In spite of financing crunch, owners of shopping centers think that it will be comfortable place for purchases and entertainments.

Special attention was given to modernization transport infrastructure. As a result first time for 70 years on the exist line of tube without stopping trains was built new station – “Wood Lane” and also was reconstructed station “Shepherd’s Bush”.
