Plot in Byala region
Byala is a pearl of Bulgarian Black sea coast. In 3,72 miles there is a town Obzor, which in ancient time was called Heliopolis – “town of the sun”. At the present time Byala is a modern town which is famous by vine growing. In this region is made famous wine “Dimiat”. Byala is also famous as resort town with huge number of houses for tourists. Here is wonderful beach with “golden” sand and thick woods. All of these turn Byala in the perfect place for rest. As in the region there is no industrial enterprises, sea water is here crystal clean and it is also made perfect conditions for amazing and quiet rest.
Plot is on the border of the town Byala, 32 miles from Varna and 35 miles from Burgas. The distance to the sea is 984 feet. As the plot is on the mountainside the beautiful view is open from there. This view will never be cover by new buildings, because between plot and sea no and could not be new plots for construction, as this plot is situated near precipice near which is wood-park, where by the Bulgarian legislation could not be formed new plots and it is forbidden to cut the wood. Also in Bulgaria from the 1 January 2008 was accepted a law by which it was forbidden the new construction o buildings situated closer 328 feet from the sea line. The height of the building should not be more than 32 feet.
Asphalted road is leading to it and way to the airport Varna or Burgas will take only 30 minutes by car.
