Plot is in Byala, 34 miles from Burgas. The distance from this plot to the sea is about 984 feet. The plot is on the slope of hill, that is why from 90% of apartments will be fantastic vie on sea which will not be covered by any new buildings while from 1 January 2008 in Bulgaria was accepted a law by which it was forbidden the new construction (which were not co-ordinate till the day of accepting the law), situated closer 328 feet from the sea line. The height of the building should not be more than 32 feet.

There is an asphalted road to the plot and way to the air port in Varna or Burgas will take only 30 minutes by car.
