The hotel unit is basic repaired in 2004. Its location is in a center of Alushta. The complex is with a high level of comfort, service and convenient location. The complex consists of 14 – storey and stylabate parts of the building.

The 14-storey part consists of: basement floor where there are two saunas with pool, gym, fitness studio, massage room, showers and check rooms, technical rooms of technical floor where there are technical services and administration of the ground floor where there are hall of the hotel, administration, hairdressing saloon, medical room and other services.

From 1 till 12 floors are rooms, on the 4th floor there are five two-bedroom rooms of higher comfort, class luxe. On the other floors there are double rooms (10 rooms is on each floor).13th floor is technical where there is TV, radio and ventilation facilities and rooms for servicing staff. 14th floor has spacious rooms which could be used as a board room for 50 sitting places with specific view or business center with all necessary facilities (TV, music, computing and amusement). There are bar, toilet and shower rooms. There is a boiler room under the roof. Stylabate part consists of basement where there are technical and storage rooms. On the 1st floor there are branches of banks, board room with bar, check room. On the 2nd floor there are restaurant with two halls for 230 sitting places, open terrace for 16sitting places, kitchen.

Reconstructed hotel unit has 110 comfortable double rooms with all conveniences, 5 rooms two- bedroom of a higher comfort class luxe. The rooms are repaired according to the Euro standards. There are TV, refrigerator, mini bar, phones, radio, air conditions. There are baths and 24 hours water. One bar is working there are an opportunity of opening 4 more.

2 beach’s maps are reserved to the hotel in a professional part of Alushta (0, 57 acres). There is a parking for 80 cars near the hotel. There are amusement machines, billiard tables, gym. There is its own gas boiler-room.
