The house is in four levels with a winding stairs in the tower. It was built from 1999 till 2003 officially by the project of architects CrimeaNIIProject. The house is in exploitation from 2005 and officially registered as residential construction with housewifely buildings in private property of physical person.

It was made on the base of seismic one-piece reinforced-concrete framed structure with mix infilling: brick or local building material – shell. The one-piece reinforced-concrete foundation is made in 1994 and made stronger in 1999. It caught on, there are no any shifts.

- Finishing of front face is stucco and ceramic granite.
- The material of roof is metal tile.
- The project of landscaping is made by experts of Nikitskiy botanic garden.
- Total area is 6010 square feet, foundation is 43 x 43.
- The lot is 0, 62 acres (it is documented as private property at the moment).
- The lot is planed and finished all around with landslide protection works – walls are from reinforced quarry stone.
- Electricity: ТПП for 150 kW, it is built on a right of the equity ownership for four nearest houses.
- Gas in balloons for cooker on the kitchen (electro -gas cooker).
- Cold water is from mountains’ water-storage reservoir on the official contract basis with the state-farm factory “TAVRIDA”. Hot water: electric boilers.
- Water pipe is made by reinforced-plastic pipes of external flow pipe and has filters, pump for supporting the permanent pressure in the system of water supply and in the reservoir tank which is in the upper part of the tower for cold water from stainless steel approximately 792 gallons with the system of filling and protection from flood.
- Autonomous cleaning constructions and confluent sewerage from cost-iron pipes.
- Heating is by electric radiators. Split system (cooling-heating).
- Telephone penetration – cellular phones, mobile Internet through GPRS.
- Satellite (two antennas) and terrestrial TV for the whole house.
- Security alarm system.


It is possible to lead gas and make a hardwire telephone penetration.

Location:

The house is built on the hill it is 803 feet above sea level between Alushta and Yalta. It is 11, 78 miles to Yalta and 6, 82 miles to Alushta. The nearest way to the sea is by the asphalted road – 1, 37 miles.

Territory and facilities:

- There are 4 separate guest rooms (bed rooms) with sanitary ware, 3 rooms without sanitary ware, 2 spacious living rooms, 3 sanitary ware on the floors, 3 fireplaces, sauna with a pool, garage for 2 cars.
- 1st floor: hall, check-room, garage, storeroom (housewifely room), room without sanitary ware, heated sauna with lighted pool, sanitary ware with shower.
- 2nd floor: hall with a balcony, living room with fireplace (approximately 500 square feet), dining room with a fireplace and entrance to the yard, kitchen with a balcony, sanitary ware, room – office.
- 3rd floor: hall with a balcony, two small rooms with sanitary ware and a shower, two big rooms with sanitary ware and bathroom – all rooms are with balconies; room without sanitary ware.
- 4th floor: hall, sanitary ware with a shower, room (250 square feet), living room with fireplace (about 700 square feet) and big terrace, two balconies.
- There is a viewing point on the roof.
- On the territory there are: separate heated with hot water sanitary ware with a shower and toilet, heated house for guard with hall and room, garden house, stationary ornamental pool, summer not stationary pool, sandpit, lawns, green plants, oak wood, light all around with detection devise of darkness.
- The house is fully equipped with light and with energy saving lamps, air conditions, furniture, bedding, towels, blankets, curtains, Jalousie, bathroom fixtures, dishes, household appliances (2 modern washing machines, 2 refrigerators, cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, TVs are everywhere, there are 2 home theaters, music centers, vacuum cleaners), house wares (shelves, different tools, 2 grass-cutters, pump-filter-heating for pool-sauna, the system for car washing and territory under the high pressure, hoses for watering, fitness equipment, bikes).
- There are vineyards all around.
- The fantastic view is open from windows in all parts: on the Black sea, the foreland Karasan (Utes), mountain Bear (Ayu Dak), the Crimean Mountains (Babugan Yala) (look at the photos below).


Internal yard:

- There are a pool, sandpit and garden house on the territory.
- Specially brought and planted green trees – cypress, cedar, pine, magnolia, palms, bamboo, acacia, and spindle tree, rouses, and fruit trees: peach, cherry plum, apple and etc.


Interior:

There is a living room with fireplace on the second floor. The area of the living room is about 500 square feet. The cushioned furniture is upholstered with yellow leather. Equipments: TV, video recorder, DVD-player, home theater.

Kitchen:

It is a rare combination of glass and blue color. The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 refrigerators with a freezer, cooker with a funnel, dishwasher, microwave oven, household effects, 2 sets from unbreakable glass for 24 people.

Living rooms:

There is an air condition in each room. Also, there are TVs and music centers.

Living room with fireplace on the 4th floor:

The living room is about 700 square feet. The covers of the fireplace are from natural marble. The marvelous view on the sea is open from its window.

Sanitary wares:

All sanitary wares are with boilers. There are baths in two living rooms.
